Valuing progress over perfection can help take some of the pressure off.

Are the goals we’ve set realistic and achievable?

If they feel overwhelming, perhaps breaking it down into smaller goals can help us to manage it better.

Remember to incorporate regular rest into your routine so that you can recharge and have the bandwidth to manage day-to-day activities, even if they don’t go exactly according to plan.
